What you will do

• Design and own QA programs including sampling frameworks, audit cadences, and scoring methodologies.
• Build feedback loops from audits, transcripts, and automation to identify systemic issues.
• Translate QA signals into data-backed narratives to influence Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Develop dashboards to track quality trends, calibration, and remediation progress.
• Lead calibration sessions, maintain SOPs and scorecards, and ensure frontline adoption.
• Conduct root-cause analyses on failures and track remediation impact on customer experience.
• Drive vendor performance through coaching, testing, and escalation with Vendor Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years in quality assurance, audit, or operational quality in high-scale or regulated environments
• Demonstrated ownership of QA programs with measurable impact
• Strong data skills including SQL queries, dashboard development with BI tools
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration in Ops, Vendor Management, Product, Compliance
• Expertise in audit scorecards, calibration programs, and scoring integrity
• Experience in financial services or fintech
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills

• Vendor QA management and calibration ownership
• Experience with automation QA tools like conversational AI
