What you will do

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization projects, ensuring high-quality execution on time and budget.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite functionality.
• Facilitate client workshops to define implementation strategies and present solution designs to internal and external teams.
• Oversee all project phases including business process design, configuration, UAT, training, and go-live stabilization.
• Identify business development opportunities to cross-sell services and assist in pre-sales effort and fee estimations.
• Contribute to practice growth by developing NetSuite-specific training, collateral, and engagement templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation or optimization, specifically architecting NetSuite solutions.
• Proven experience leading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
• Ability to gather business requirements and implement ERP, CRM, and PSA solutions.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with C-level leadership (CFO, Controller).
• Mastery of Microsoft Office products.

Nice to have

• Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant.
• Experience with other business applications such as QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or SAP.
• Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud experience.
