TL;DR

Associate Customer Experience Specialist: Delivering high-quality support to clients and candidates across voice, chat, and email with an accent on efficient issue resolution, multitasking, and professional communication. Focus on handling inquiries, de-escalating frustrations, and accurate real-time documentation in business applications.

Location: US Remote. Shift: Post-training Monday-Friday, flexible between 8:00am-8:00pm ET.

Salary: $18 USD per hour

What you will do

  • Log into multiple business applications (CRM, databases, call center tools) and stay available during scheduled shifts.
  • Manage customer interactions via chat, voice, email; assess needs without scripts and provide tailored solutions.
  • Multitask across systems to resolve issues quickly, including troubleshooting, rescheduling, and data retrieval.
  • Communicate professionally with empathy, de-escalate frustrations, and maintain quality under monitoring.
  • Document interactions accurately in real-time, including tickets, screen captures, and follow-ups with internal teams.
  • Participate in training, contribute to knowledge base, and meet performance goals like call volume and satisfaction scores.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required (US requirement)
  • Handle high-volume contacts across channels with strong multitasking and computer navigation skills.
  • Professional, empathetic communication verbally and in writing; quick issue resolution without scripts.
  • Accurate documentation and adherence to processes in fast-paced environment.
  • Adapt to new tools, product updates; collaborate with internal teams.
  • Two years customer-facing experience preferred; Microsoft Windows proficiency.
