Salary: $23.00 - $25.50 USD/hour

What you will do
- Manage and respond to customer support tickets within established SLAs, focusing on first-call resolution.
- Perform initial level troubleshooting for computer and network issues using established procedures and tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide feedback, identify trends, and resolve escalated issues.
- Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles and collaborate with the team on issue resolution.
- Monitor client-facing tools like MatterMost and stay updated on client directives.
Requirements
- Written fluency in Russian and English languages.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (two in-office days per week) in Bellevue, WA.
- One year or more of customer service experience.
- Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting skills.
