TL;DR

Revenue Operations Specialist (Salesforce/AI): Support go-to-market operations by driving AI adoption in RevOps, automating workflows, enhancing data insights, and integrating AI tools across the revenue stack. Focus on building and optimizing Salesforce dashboards, pipeline and sales performance analysis, ensuring data integrity, and streamlining reporting processes.

Location: Remote-first in the United States, unable to hire in Montana, Hawaii, Alaska, and Washington DC

What you will do

  • Apply AI tools like Claude to automate RevOps workflows, streamline reporting, and coordinate AI integrations in Salesforce.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce dashboards and reports for pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue KPIs.
  • Support CRM workflows, data integrity, user provisioning, and administrative tasks for sales teams.
  • Conduct data audits, enforce CRM hygiene, and assist with CPQ process improvements.
  • Prepare pipeline and sales performance analysis for meetings, distribute commission data, and provide Level 1 support for reporting and tooling.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and admin teams on process documentation and improvements.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance/accounting, or related
  • Salesforce CRM experience; comfortable with configuration, reporting, and workflows (Admin certification a plus)
  • Solid experience and interest in AI tools (Claude Cowork/Claude Code) for automating reporting and processes
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, clear communicator, collaborative style
  • B2B SaaS environment experience preferred

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce AI features or MCP integrations
  • CPQ experience (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or similar)
  • SQL or relational database concepts
  • BI tools experience (Metabase, Tableau, Looker)
