TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (EMEA): Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB and mid-market customers using hirify.global’s EHS and compliance solutions with an accent on adoption, retention, and account growth. Focus on building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and achieving renewal targets.

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (hybrid)

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships across a portfolio of 100–150 SMB and mid-market accounts as primary point of contact
  • Proactively drive product adoption, value realization, and ongoing use of solutions
  • Manage full customer lifecycle including engagement, retention, renewals, and growth targets (NRR)
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Partner with Sales, Support, Product teams for seamless customer experience
  • Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and maintain contract/renewal awareness

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or similar customer-facing role
  • Proven experience achieving revenue-based targets or quotas
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization for high-volume portfolio
  • Comfortable with web technologies and quick learning of new tools
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Customer Success platforms
  • Experience in SaaS/subscription models
  • Exposure to EHS, compliance, or regulated industries
