Salary: $135,000–$155,000

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to deliver customized product demonstrations to prospective clinics.
• Lead and organize software implementations, coordinating with internal and customer IT teams.
• Train and mentor new clinic users to ensure successful adoption and long-term success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues independently and in collaboration with Engineering.
• Host webinars and create training materials to educate clinics and highlight product capabilities.
• Test new software releases and provide feedback to support development and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for excellence in patient care.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of clinical dosimetry experience.
• Teaching or training experience in dosimetry.
• Customer-facing or customer service experience.
• Project management experience.
