What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close for new business opportunities
- Balance inbound lead conversion with outbound pipeline generation via networking and referrals
- Run consultative sales processes, uncovering needs and aligning to tailored SaaS solutions
- Deliver compelling demos and business cases to multiple stakeholders including senior decision-makers
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while managing a multi-product portfolio
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success; travel ~10% for events and meetings
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding new business targets
- Strong full-cycle sales experience (prospecting through close) with inbound and outbound pipelines
- Skilled in consultative/value-based selling (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
- Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience selling into UK or Irish markets
- Familiarity with Salesforce and tools like Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo
Nice to have
- Experience selling multiple SaaS products
- Background in EHS, compliance, construction, or workforce management
