What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close for new business opportunities
  • Balance inbound lead conversion with outbound pipeline generation via networking and referrals
  • Run consultative sales processes, uncovering needs and aligning to tailored SaaS solutions
  • Deliver compelling demos and business cases to multiple stakeholders including senior decision-makers
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while managing a multi-product portfolio
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success; travel ~10% for events and meetings

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding new business targets
  • Strong full-cycle sales experience (prospecting through close) with inbound and outbound pipelines
  • Skilled in consultative/value-based selling (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
  • Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience selling into UK or Irish markets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and tools like Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo

Nice to have

  • Experience selling multiple SaaS products
  • Background in EHS, compliance, construction, or workforce management
