What you will do

• Define and lead the global editorial strategy across hirify.global.org and associated digital channels.
• Synthesize inputs from the entire hirify.global portfolio to align narratives and elevate ecosystem-wide impact.
• Curate and deploy content across various formats, including articles, essays, video, social, and newsletters.
• Shape and amplify hirify.global's voice on major issues like open-source AI, trust, and the future of the internet.
• Oversee the redesign and ongoing evolution of hirify.global.org as a dynamic storytelling platform.
• Manage contributors, freelancers, and agency partners within a matrixed organizational structure.

Requirements

• Exceptional editorial judgment and taste for curating high-impact content in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to operate as a curator across platforms, blending ideas and formats into cohesive storytelling.
• Strong diplomatic leadership skills to lead through influence within a complex, matrixed environment.
• Deep understanding of modern content ecosystems (social, video, newsletters, web) and drivers of cultural impact.
• Ability to translate complex technical and policy topics into compelling narratives for broad audiences.
• Alignment with hirify.global’s values of openness, privacy, and human-centered innovation.
