What you will do

• Act as a primary face of hirify.global University, recording courses, Looms, and walkthroughs for the GTME community.
• Own the full content lifecycle from curriculum preparation and screen capture to editor handoff.
• Ship content at AI's pace, rapidly creating materials for new feature launches and model updates.
• Produce a mix of polished courses and scrappy, live-build formats that showcase real-time problem solving.
• Collaborate with Solutions and GTMOps teams to translate technical breakthroughs into educational lessons.
• Iterate on content based on performance signals to improve clarity and impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York (Hybrid).
• Proven track record of building a body of teaching content (e.g., YouTube channel, courses, Loom library).
• High comfort level being on-camera and riffing live without the need for a tight script.
• A builder's mindset with the ability to teach by doing directly within the product.
• Strong sense of craft combined with an obsession for high shipping cadence.
• Ability to thrive in the ambiguity of an emerging discipline like GTM Engineering.
