What you will do

• Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and business entities.
• Supervise, review, and provide guidance to Tax Associates and Interns.
• Perform advanced tax research and summarize conclusions and recommendations.
• Assist with tax planning, projections, and client advisory matters.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding tax information requests and issues.
• Support training and development initiatives within the tax practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
• CPA license or active progress toward CPA licensure.
• Strong knowledge of federal income tax and related compliance requirements.
• Experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Public accounting experience with multi-entity or complex client structures.
