Salary: Guaranteed $180,000 base + uncapped performance-based bonuses

What you will do

• Embed directly into client codebases and sprint cycles to own end-to-end feature delivery and ship production-grade solutions.
• Utilize agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to maximize development velocity and output.
• Drive execution across frontend, backend, and infrastructure across diverse tech stacks and complex architectures.
• Design and build full platforms and agent architectures focusing on reliability, auditability, and clean UX.
• Partner with AI strategists and client stakeholders to prioritize high-impact work and maintain consistent velocity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Proven ability to turn complex problems into clean, scalable, and maintainable systems.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate development and improve overall code quality.
• Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments, managing multiple parallel workstreams.
• Location: Must be based in New York City for full-time on-site work.
