What you will do

• Deploy to enterprise client sites to assess AI opportunities and redesign business workflows.
• Build and implement AI-powered solutions, including custom tools, agents, and automations.
• Collaborate with client teams and leadership to ensure project engagements are delivered effectively.
• Develop internal platform and tooling between client-facing engagements.
• Integrate the latest AI developments and frameworks into practical enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in building with LLMs, agents, and RAG systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for short-term client engagements (1-3 weeks at a time).
• Experience with enterprise software, APIs, and system integrations.

Nice to have

• Background in financial services, consulting, or other professional services.
• Prior experience in forward deployed, consulting, or solutions engineering roles.
