What you will do

  • Develop and execute platform strategies for priority marketing campaigns across DSPs, social, and video in collaboration with label teams.
  • Apply data analytics to refine strategies, optimise budgets, and drive ROI through audience segmentation and fan journey improvements (e.g., Linkfire, D2C).
  • Identify and pilot new revenue opportunities like platform features, subscriptions, and monetisation models.
  • Secure editorial playlist support and partnerships by collaborating with platform stakeholders and label teams.
  • Act as platform expert (TikTok, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music), guiding teams on best practices for growth and revenue.
  • Manage platform relationships, analyse performance data, and deliver insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 days per week in the UK office.
  • 5-8 years in digital marketing, audience development, or platform campaigns, preferably in music/media/youth culture.
  • Deep knowledge of streaming/social platforms' audiences, features, and monetisation.
  • Commercial acumen to capitalise on revenue levers and new income streams.
  • Analytical skills with tools for data-driven optimisation and ROI measurement.
  • Strong communication, project management, and influence with teams/partners.
  • Passion for music, digital culture, and creativity.
