What you will do

• Lead affiliate marketing strategy, planning, activation, and reporting for global clients.
• Manage and inspire a team of affiliate and partnership specialists.
• Drive innovation and best practices in affiliate marketing and partnership management.
• Oversee financial management including P&L and revenue growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Contribute to new business development and client growth strategies.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near London, United Kingdom with hybrid work model
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
• 8+ years experience in digital marketing with expertise in affiliate and prospect generation.
• Proven leadership managing teams of 10–20+ members.
• Strong commercial acumen including P&L management and revenue growth.
• Experience with affiliate tech platforms and measurement tools.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating affiliate with wider digital and offline channels.
• Familiarity with tools like Brand Verity, TrafficGuard, and SimilarWeb Pro.
• Understanding of evolving measurement solutions and tracking technologies.
