TL;DR

AI Engineer (GenAI): Designing and delivering AI-based solutions for a web-based workflow application for the Federal Government with an accent on agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and LLM orchestration. Focus on building production-ready AI chatbots, intelligent dashboards, and enhancing productivity through generative AI.

Location: Remote (US). Must be able to obtain and maintain classified information access at the client level.

What you will do

• Design and develop AI-enabled features using LLMs, GenAI, and agentic patterns for web-based workflow applications.
• Build RAG pipelines utilizing application data, policy documents, and business process publications.
• Implement agentic workflows and application assistants using frameworks like LangGraph, Agno, and CrewAI.
• Architect full-stack AI features with reliable API integrations, error handling, and observability.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, NodeJS, Python, and Java.
• Establish responsible AI guardrails, including hallucination detection and CUI safeguards.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain classified information access at the client level.
• 5+ years of software implementation experience across the SDLC.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
• Expert proficiency in Python and strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Proficiency with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases like OpenSearch or pgvector.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI Service.
• Master's degree in a STEM field.
