What you will do

• Assist with evaluating public and private investment opportunities across industries and regions.
• Conduct investment due diligence including review of financial reports and engagement with sell-side, buy-side, and management teams.
• Perform financial analysis with detailed modeling, data analysis, and scenario testing.
• Prepare Investment Screening Notes, Investment Committee Memos, and assist with presentations.
• Manage assets by monitoring investments and updating financial models.
• Build and track relationships with sponsors and external parties.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months relevant experience in Private Credit, Special Situations, Private Equity, Distressed Credit or Investment Banking (Leveraged Finance or M&A)
• Strong oral and written English skills
• Other European languages beneficial
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• Proactive team player with intellectual curiosity and can-do mentality
