What you will do
- Lead global solution portfolio strategy and roadmap, aligning to market opportunities and investment priorities.
- Govern end-to-end solution development process, from market requirements to commercialization.
- Translate customer needs into actionable requirements and robust business cases for new offerings.
- Build and manage a global team of 5 direct and ~40 indirect reports.
- Align with engineering, R&D, and application teams on solution architectures and standards.
- Drive commercial readiness with pricing, sales tools, and training for global regions.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution from design to delivery and service.
- Establish KPIs and governance for portfolio performance and profitability.
Requirements
- 12+ years in solution management, systems engineering, product management, or portfolio leadership.
- Proven leadership in complex, capital-intensive industrial, supply chain, logistics, or automation environments.
- Experience managing large multidimensional solution portfolios and investments.
- Track record building and leading global cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in large-scale solution development processes, requirements management, and commercialization.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience managing portfolios exceeding $500M+ in annual order intake.
- Deep understanding of automation systems, material handling, or industrial equipment.
