What you will do
- Identify market needs for shelf edge fixing solutions through sales insights and customer feedback.
- Plan and execute product launches, including pricing, SAP creation, and inventory management.
- Manage the full product lifecycle and support sales teams with technical product expertise.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers to secure favorable contract terms.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives.
- Drive cost optimization and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shelf edge fixings and accessories, including field and vendor procurement.
- Proficiency in using SAP for tracking and managing operations.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present product solutions effectively to customers.
- Leadership and communication skills to interface across business functions.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
