What you will do

• Identify market needs for shelf edge fixing solutions through sales insights and customer feedback.
• Plan and execute product launches, including pricing, SAP creation, and inventory management.
• Manage the full product lifecycle and support sales teams with technical product expertise.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers to secure favorable contract terms.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives.
• Drive cost optimization and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in shelf edge fixings and accessories, including field and vendor procurement.
• Proficiency in using SAP for tracking and managing operations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present product solutions effectively to customers.
• Leadership and communication skills to interface across business functions.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
