What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy for the AI agent orchestration platform, focusing on core capabilities for agentic workflows.
• Shape foundational features related to agent context, agent memory, and background agent behavior.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to identify product opportunities and prioritize platform investments.
• Translate sophisticated system behavior into clear product requirements and roadmap decisions.
• Align orchestration capabilities with broader hirify.global AI initiatives to support diverse use cases.
• Provide senior product leadership to bring structure to ambiguity within AI-native platform development.

Requirements

• Deep experience in product management for complex technical products or platforms from definition through delivery.
• Previous agentic AI product management experience, specifically with AI orchestration, memory, and context.
• Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-evolving spaces with emerging patterns.
• Experience partnering with technical teams to shape platform products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to various stakeholders.
• Structured approach to product discovery, prioritization, and decision-making.
