What you will do

• Drive end-to-end design across platforms, translating insights into scalable solutions for partner integrations.
• Prototype concepts rapidly using AI-native tools to test user experiences for ecosystems.
• Design in-app discovery, connection, and management of partner integrations.
• Develop frameworks, interaction models, and scalable patterns to simplify complexity.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Research to influence strategy.
• Mentor designers and champion design culture and innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience designing mobile-first consumer products, including location-based or health/fitness features
• Experience with design partner programs and continuous feedback systems
• Strong UI/UX craft with portfolio of data-informed solutions to complex problems
• Experience designing with and for AI-enhanced experiences
• Skilled in rapid prototyping, iteration, and delivering scalable features
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and systems thinking
• Positive, collaborative mindset
