What you will do

• Action daily applications and existing account cases in the first party fraud queue, reviewing information and deciding on fraud types per procedures.
• Monitor live transaction activity to identify high-risk fraud scenarios.
• Manage and resolve customer dispute claims end-to-end, communicating with account holders and filing through portals.
• Drive performance on fraud KPIs to reduce losses and improve genuine customer experience.
• Balance multiple tasks with high productivity, urgency, and quality decisions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years of experience in fraud investigations related to first party fraud, synthetic ID fraud, or ID theft fraud.
• Ability to identify patterns in situations.
• Ability to work independently under service level agreements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to track, understand, and act on metrics and KPIs.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Commitment to personal growth and development.
