Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office).

Salary: 4000–5000 EUR gross monthly.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain security controls across multi-cloud environments including AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Monitor cloud platforms for threats, misconfigurations, and policy violations using SIEM and CSPM tools.
• Develop cloud security standards, policies, and guardrails to support risk reduction and compliance.
• Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct cloud security assessments and vulnerability management while producing metrics for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with security services in at least one major cloud platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM procedures, and infrastructure-as-code security.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania and able to work in a hybrid setup.
• Must have no unspent criminal convictions under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, AZ-500, CCSP, or CISSP.
• Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management tools and SOAR platforms.
• Background in regulated industries like finance, healthcare, or government.
