What you will do
- Own end-to-end fraud operations, detection, dispute resolution, and chargeback management.
- Develop workforce planning models to support rapid growth, balancing internal teams and vendors.
- Lead vendor management ensuring SLA adherence and quality standards.
- Build automation roadmap with engineering to reduce manual reviews and boost efficiency.
- Define and improve quality metrics for fraud review accuracy across teams.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience on priorities.
- Use data analysis to optimize processes, staffing, and workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years in fraud operations, dispute resolution, or risk operations in fintech/payments/credit cards
- Strong vendor management experience driving performance improvements
- Proficiency with Excel and basic statistical analysis for planning and forecasting
- Experience leveraging automation and technology to scale operations
- Data-driven approach to define metrics, analyze trends, and derive insights
- Excellent communication for managing stakeholders and teams
- Self-driven ownership with urgency and results focus
- Willingness to adopt AI-first tools and workflows

- SQL knowledge or data team collaboration
