What you will do

• Own enterprise AI security architecture across Generative AI platforms, AI agents, and ML pipelines.
• Lead AI threat modeling and abuse-case analysis (prompt injection, data poisoning, model extraction).
• Architect secure AI platform implementations including vector databases, orchestration layers, and inference gateways.
• Establish AI security policies and control requirements aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO, and GDPR.
• Embed security into the AI/ML lifecycle (AI-SDLC) and automate controls via CI/CD and policy-as-code.
• Advise executive leadership on AI security strategy and mentor technical teams on best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years in security architecture with 5+ years in regulated environments.
• Expertise in cloud and Zero Trust security, including IAM and API security.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and Generative AI architectures (e.g., RAG).
• Experience with DevSecOps/MLOps security, container/Kubernetes security, and SIEM integration.
• Strong fundamentals in cryptography, key management, and application security (OWASP Top 10).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications such as CISSP-ISSAP or GIAC.
• Hands-on experience with MITRE ATLAS or OWASP Top 10 for LLM Apps.
• Experience leading AI security assessments and red-teaming exercises for production systems.
• Background in AI governance and risk program management.
