What you will do

• Investigate suspicious behavior across carrier and customer accounts using internal monitoring tools and behavioral data.
• Review platform alerts to identify risk signals, anomalies, and emerging fraud patterns in the marketplace.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into complex fraud cases and document evidence for escalation and resolution.
• Detect and prevent identity fraud, synthetic activity, and suspicious account behavior.
• Analyze digital activity trends to improve risk scoring models and fraud detection alerts.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Carrier Operations teams to implement corrective security actions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Diego or Chicago.
• Experience in logistics, freight marketplaces, fraud prevention, or Trust & Safety roles.
• Intermediate proficiency with data tools such as Google Sheets or Excel.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns across multiple data points.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience with behavioral monitoring platforms such as Sigma or FullStory.
