What You’ll Do

• Transform proprietary location data into visual stories for media, partners, and public communications.
• Design infographics, interactive visualizations, and data reports showcasing hirify.global's impact.
• Create board and executive presentations for leadership meetings, All Hands, and external engagements.
• Develop visual frameworks for company strategy, OKRs, and key metrics.
• Optimize visuals for various channels including social media and blogs while handling confidential information.
• Maintain brand-consistent internal presentation templates.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, GSlides), and data viz tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
• Strong data storytelling, information hierarchy, and visual communication skills.
• Experience with confidential info and executive content in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication to present/defend designs to senior leadership.
• Daily AI tool user; fully remote US-based work
• Self-starter able to work independently.

Nice to have

• Motion and video editing skills.
• Prior communications, PR, or journalism experience.
• Working with senior leadership.
