What you will do

• Work closely with Senior Director of Export to execute strategy for UK domestic roster, collaborating with domestic and global teams.
• Develop and execute international marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Oversee digital and traditional campaigns including paid media, content, viral marketing, and on-ground promotions.
• Manage regional budgets and monitor performance metrics/ROI, reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics for aligned distribution.
• Build audience growth and 1PD acquisition strategies across projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in international marketing, preferably export-driven sectors.
• Strong understanding of audience growth, 1PD acquisition, and global market dynamics/cultural nuances.
• Experience developing/executing multi-market campaigns, digital marketing, and audience development.
• Strategic/analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of export marketing regulations and ability to manage paid media/content campaigns.
