Location: London, United Kingdom. Must have the right to work in the UK. Hybrid approach: teams are in the office around four days a week.

What you will do
- Manage paid social accounts, ensuring timely optimization and identifying tactical and strategic opportunities.
- Oversee the delivery of performance commentary, weekly reporting, and innovation projects.
- Take ownership of client testing plans, managing the planning, execution, and evaluation of tests.
- Lead, motivate, and coach junior team members, providing actionable feedback for their development.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key suppliers, leading team communications.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across accounts and troubleshoot data issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience at Account Manager level in a Digital Media or Advertising role.
- Expertise in planning and running large-scale paid social campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Experience with paid social bid management platforms (e.g., 4C).
- Proven project management and people management experience.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Strong quantitative reasoning and verbal/written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Analytics (certification is a plus).
- Experience with programmatically-bought paid social activity.
- Knowledge of paid search and programmatic display.
