TL;DR

Account Manager, Social (Paid Social): Managing day-to-day execution of paid social activities and leading junior team members to deliver high-performance media plans with an accent on platform knowledge and supplier relationships. Focus on tactical and strategic optimization, developing methodical testing plans, and ensuring flawless client delivery.

Location: London, United Kingdom. Must have the right to work in the UK. Hybrid approach: teams are in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

  • Manage paid social accounts, ensuring timely optimization and identifying tactical and strategic opportunities.
  • Oversee the delivery of performance commentary, weekly reporting, and innovation projects.
  • Take ownership of client testing plans, managing the planning, execution, and evaluation of tests.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach junior team members, providing actionable feedback for their development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and key suppliers, leading team communications.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across accounts and troubleshoot data issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience at Account Manager level in a Digital Media or Advertising role.
  • Expertise in planning and running large-scale paid social campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Experience with paid social bid management platforms (e.g., 4C).
  • Proven project management and people management experience.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong quantitative reasoning and verbal/written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Analytics (certification is a plus).
  • Experience with programmatically-bought paid social activity.
  • Knowledge of paid search and programmatic display.
