Location: Onsite in Tucson, Phoenix, Scottsdale (AZ) or Murrysville (PA)

Salary: $30–$50 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain tax preparation priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
• Handle workpaper write-ups, client documents, journal entries, and bookkeeping
• Work efficiently under pressure with flexible shifts and tight deadlines
• Collaborate independently or as part of a small team
• Adapt to different processes, methods, and software tools
• Engage professionally with clients verbally and in writing

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with tax preparation and accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and relevant software
• Experience in public accounting (preferred)

Nice to have

• Experience with compiled and reviewed financial statements
• Experience with ClickUp, Engagement, and QuickBooks
