What you will do

• Lead and deliver finance projects, ensuring alignment with business needs, controls, and priorities.
• Design and embed improved end-to-end finance processes enabled by Workday Financials.
• Deliver tangible efficiencies, such as reducing manual journals and accelerating the month-end close process.
• Collaborate with Finance Systems teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Manage senior stakeholders through workshops and design sessions to align on future-state processes.
• Maintain a central view of finance change activity, dependencies, and impacts across the organization.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong hands-on experience with core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Fixed Assets, Intercompany).
• Proven track record of delivering business process re-engineering within a Finance function.
• Experience working in partnership with Finance Systems teams throughout the full change lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of finance controls, audit requirements, and governance.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (hybrid)
