Location: Hybrid (London) - minimum of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Manage and update GDPR Article 30 Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and similar documentation.
• Lead the DPIA and risk assessment process, including triaging and performing assessments.
• Manage and enhance Data Subject Rights processes for EU, UK, US, and global regions.
• Develop and maintain a suite of privacy and data protection policies, playbooks, and internal procedures.
• Deliver the Global Privacy and Data Protection Training Program and create new training materials.
• Coordinate the recording and response to personal data incidents across IT, security, and affiliates.

Requirements

• Privacy or data protection qualification (IAPP CIPM preferred).
• Prior experience in a DPO or privacy compliance manager role.
• Deep understanding of GDPR and PECR, with awareness of US and global privacy laws.
• Practical experience delivering privacy compliance within a multi-national organization.
• Proficiency with privacy compliance technologies, specifically the OneTrust Platform.
• Must be based in or able to work from London (minimum 3 days per week in office).
