TL;DR

Marketing Procurement Manager (PR & Social): Lead PR & Social category and sourcing strategies across hirify.global and Comcast with an accent on MarTech & GenAI transformation. Focus on implementing commercial strategies, demand management, and driving value through supplier relationships and market intelligence.

Location: Hybrid in Osterley (London), 3 days in the office per week. Right to work in the UK required, no sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Lead category leadership and sourcing strategy for PR & Social, improving value and ROI through demand management, relationships, and contract execution.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to support marketing transformation, bringing expertise in marketing, digital, and technology.
  • Build market intelligence on agency ecosystems, GenAI innovations, and emerging technologies to inform strategies and benchmarks.
  • Negotiate complex deals covering commercial, services, and contract terms across hirify.global and Comcast.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of suppliers and market developments to create category plans.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
  • Marketing, digital, and MarTech/GenAI experience with commercial background.
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex deals.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Curious, diligent, results-focused mindset with desire to become a category expert.
