What you will do

• Translate global cloud strategy and architecture into regional APAC execution plans and reusable frameworks.
• Assess infrastructure, applications, and country constraints to identify cloud adoption opportunities.
• Perform financial analysis, budget tracking, and cost optimization for transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate cloud adoption workstreams across multiple APAC countries, managing planning, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare executive presentations, governance updates, and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, DevSecOps, and leadership teams to align on standards and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years experience, including 5+ years in Technical Project/Program Management in cloud, infrastructure, or DevSecOps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, automation, and platform engineering.
• Experience managing regional/multi-country technology transformation projects in enterprises.
• Advanced Excel, financial analysis, budget tracking, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to engage with technical teams, architects, and senior stakeholders globally.

Nice to have

• Banking or regulated industry experience.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, AWS, Azure, or related certifications.
