What you will do

• Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for B2B/B2C SaaS and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain scalable Design Systems to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
• Conduct user research, facilitate workshops, and produce artifacts such as screen maps, personas, and customer journey maps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers and developers to ensure technical feasibility.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing budget and timing estimations for potential clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and share expertise on the latest UX/UI trends and technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in Figma for creating high-fidelity screens and prototypes.
• Deep understanding of design systems and usability testing methodologies.
• Fluent spoken and written English for running workshops and articulating design decisions.
• Experience with product discovery and working within cross-disciplinary Agile teams.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in BFSI, Crypto, Retail, or iGaming domains.
• Background in B2B Enterprise systems and IoT platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize daily design workflows.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate collaboration with developers.
