Senior Product Designer (SaaS)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (SaaS/Growth): Designing customer communication flows and experimentation systems to drive activation and retention with an accent on business outcomes and revenue metrics. Focus on running live A/B tests, optimizing the Trial-to-Subscriber funnel, and implementing AI-native design workflows.

Location: Hybrid; must have a registered business in selected EU countries and be able to visit the Wrocław office once per quarter.

A product company creating customer communication tools powered by real-time data, including brands like LiveChat and ChatBot.

What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of design from business discovery and problem definition through to shipping.
• Design for business outcomes, specifically focusing on activation, conversion, and retention.
• Run live experiments, including activation banners, in-product nudges, and A/B tests.
• Write the first versions of product copy for the features you design.
• Utilize AI-native tools like Cursor to build interactive mockups and accelerate development.
• Collaborate across the Activation org and other product teams to align on KPIs.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating business thinking and the trade-offs made during the design process.
• Proficiency in the full design process: discovery, prototyping, shipping, and measuring impact.
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with product analytics tools.
• Registered business in selected EU countries (or ability to register one).
• Ability to work from the Wrocław office for 5 days once per quarter.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments.
• Background working directly on a product rather than in an agency.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools like Claude Code, v0, or Cursor.
