Requirements

• Has shipped complex SaaS or B2B products
• Strong in interaction design and comfortable with dense workflows
• Experienced with design systems, balancing speed and detail
• Confident communication of decisions and cross-functional collaboration
• Operates with ownership and enjoys contributing to design culture
