What you will do

• Lead and activate custom digital partnerships and experiences for entertainment clients, such as Paramount.
• Manage workstreams in coordination with the Precision Director and provide support to junior team members.
• Act as a direct line manager for the Account Executive, overseeing their daily workload and professional development.
• Develop and deliver media strategies and ideation based on client briefs.
• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, including planning, trafficking/tagging via Ad Ops, billing, QA, and reporting.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to manage client reporting processes.

Requirements

• Experience in digital media and expertise in multi-market digital activations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Proven leadership and people management qualities.
• Must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• High level of organization and strong attention to detail.
