TL;DR

Account Manager (Media): Manage day-to-day client business execution, distill briefs into effective strategies, and drive client performance with an accent on media planning across on and offline channels. Focus on team oversight, billing accuracy, and becoming a true extension of the client team.

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom (hybrid, 4 days in office). Requires right to work in the UK.

What you will do

  • Run day-to-day client business with initiative, ensuring accurate and punctual billing and administrative tasks.
  • Distil client briefs and collaborate with AD and BD to develop effective strategies.
  • Oversee and develop the junior team on a daily basis.
  • Drive client performance by analysing sales and consumer data.
  • Leverage strong leadership, communication, organisation, and media knowledge across channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in client services, media planning, or investment roles.
  • Deep understanding of media channels, planning process, and effectiveness.
  • Ability to analyse client sales and consumer data imaginatively.
  • Strong verbal communication with teams, departments, creative agencies, and directors.
