TL;DR

AI Platform Engineer (DevOps/AI): Shaping and evolving the AI platform architecture across cloud infrastructure and application services with an accent on infrastructure automation, system reliability, and production readiness. Focus on managing Kubernetes manifests, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-cloud orchestrator environments to support scalable AI operations.

Location: Must be based in the European Union region and possess a valid work permit.

What you will do

  • Shape and evolve AI platform architecture across cloud infrastructure and application services.
  • Lead platform deployment and infrastructure automation initiatives.
  • Own and maintain Kubernetes manifests, CI/CD pipelines, and container build images.
  • Drive system hardening, reliability, and production readiness improvements.
  • Make key architectural decisions connecting platform, infrastructure, and application layers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support scalable and efficient platform operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
  • Strong expertise in Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (Argo CD/Flux).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
  • Deep knowledge of production Kubernetes (deployments, services, HPA, RBAC).
  • Experience with multi-orchestrator environments (Kubernetes, AWS ECS, GCP Cloud Run, Azure).
  • Solid understanding of data management and Python development.
  • Proficiency with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana).

Nice to have

  • Experience applying GenAI structuredly within the SDLC via defined workflows or prompt patterns.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices, such as agent-based workflows and AI-augmented development.
