What you will do

• Lead high-impact platform projects to improve developer experience, reliability, and security.
• Design and build an AI-augmented platform with automated reviews and policy-as-code.
• Manage Infrastructure-as-Code for Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP using Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Evolve CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD, Workflows, and GitHub Actions.
• Drive observability and reliability using Datadog and hirify.global, owning SLOs and dashboards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to the platform roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
• Production experience operating Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS) at meaningful scale.
• Proficiency in Golang or Python and Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, ALB, S3) and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with GitOps workflows and the CNCF ecosystem (Argo, Helm, Backstage).
