TL;DR

DevOps Consultant (AI): Owning the end-to-end deployment of an AI-driven simulation platform into diverse customer-owned infrastructure with an accent on infrastructure-as-code and customer relationship management. Focus on designing deployment strategies, troubleshooting complex environment issues, and ensuring seamless platform adoption across APAC.

Location: Singapore (Hybrid). Requires travel to customer sites in APAC for an average of 3-4 weeks per quarter.

What you will do

• Partner directly with customers to assess infrastructure requirements, security constraints, and deployment preferences.
• Design and execute deployment strategies for customer-owned cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-premise infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment issues across diverse environments and triage bugs internally.
• Act as a system validator to ensure the platform works within customer infrastructure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal platform teams to inform development priorities based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Experience deploying Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and on-premise infrastructure.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools, specifically Crossplane, Terraform, and Helm.
• Deep understanding of networking, security, and observability in containerized environments.
• Proven track record of working directly with external customers or clients.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience in a customer-led, customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering role.
