What you will do

• Maintain and optimize AWS EC2 and EKS clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
• Lead the troubleshooting of production outages, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions to streamline deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide support and share operational best practices.
• Communicate cluster status, incidents, and ongoing improvements to Directors and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Solid experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a strong focus on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, EKS, IAM, S3, and LoadBalancers.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operations.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation) and Helm charts.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Understanding of GitOps tools like Flux or ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with Java applications.
