What you will do

  • Build AI-powered revenue systems for the installed customer base using GPT-based tools, APIs, and no-code platforms.
  • Design scalable workflows for account scoring, segmentation, and expansion detection.
  • Manage and optimize expansion revenue metrics, improving conversion rates and ARPU.
  • Develop a custom tooling stack using Python, Zapier, Make, and CRM automations to remove manual dependencies.
  • Run structured performance reviews and use data to generate actionable insights for revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building AI tools for revenue generation, including CRM automation and GPT-based workflows.
  • Proficiency with Python, Zapier, Make, and working with APIs.
  • Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of revenue expansion, funnel conversion, and ARPU optimization.
  • Ability to work with data, dashboards, and performance analysis in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Barcelona, Spain

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR Tech, Workforce Management, or HCM platforms.
  • Previous experience building a side project, agency, or SaaS revenue stream using AI.
