TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Fintech): Driving business growth within the Norwich territory by identifying and engaging small, local businesses with an accent on consultative sales and long-term relationship building. Focus on outbound outreach, conducting face-to-face meetings, and delivering value-led payment and software solutions.

Location: Norwich, UK. Full field sales role requiring a full UK driving licence

Salary: OTE £70,000 in the first year

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within the territory through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs and goals, building trust through consultative conversations.
  • Apply value-led sales approaches to win new business and consistently achieve performance targets.
  • Develop deep expertise in hirify.global's products and solutions to provide effective business tools.
  • Share field insights to help improve product development, messaging, and internal sales processes.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and identify relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role, with field-based experience being a strong advantage.
  • Confidence in building relationships and engaging new customers.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills for efficient territory management.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A full UK driving licence.
