TL;DR
Team Leader, Lending & Agency, Corporate Banking Services APAC (Banking Operations): Lead high-performing team delivering end-to-end operational support for corporate banking products across Asia Pacific with an accent on loan processing, settlements, reconciliations, and compliance. Focus on driving process improvements through automation, managing escalations and stakeholder queries, and ensuring SLA adherence under Asia time zone hours.
Location: Hybrid in Sydney (AU). Must work 12:30pm–9pm Monday to Friday (11:30am–8pm during daylight saving) to support Asia time zone.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Lending & Agency operations team.
- Ensure accurate, timely processing, settlements, and reporting in line with SLAs.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues, escalations, and APAC stakeholder queries.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and support change initiatives.
- Drive process improvements via simplification, automation, and performance enhancements.
- Maintain strong risk, control, and regulatory compliance including issue management.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Senior Operations, ideally with regional exposure.
- Demonstrated leadership in Wholesale/Markets Operations, including recruiting and performance management.
- Proven experience in business transitions and change management.
- Strong knowledge of corporate lending products, payments, and settlements.
- Experience with SWIFT, RTGS, T24 highly regarded.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and multitasking in fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work specified shift hours in hybrid setup.
