What you will do
- Support development of H&S leadership and culture across MGS and CQV/Cx teams.
- Champion excellence in H&S performance and implement ’s H&S policy and ISO 45001 system.
- Deliver H&S training, workshops, and awareness campaigns including Living Safety and behavioral safety modules.
- Provide specialist H&S advice to field teams on legal responsibilities for design and construction safety.
- Monitor performance via KPIs and audits, identify best practices, and ensure governance for high standards.
- Lead safe transitions from design to construction, commissioning, and qualification; participate in client meetings and project reviews.
Requirements
- Demonstrated capability in construction and CQV H&S in industrial sectors including life sciences and data centres.
- Professional qualification in H&S, engineering, or construction/project management; chartered IOSH member or equivalent.
- 10+ years professional experience.
- Proven knowledge of H&S statutory requirements.
- Strong verbal/written communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate with operations management and higher levels.
