What you will do

• Architect scalable cloud-native infrastructure and AI/ML platforms using Kubernetes and IaC.
• Define the technical vision and roadmap for DevOps capabilities across multiple squads.
• Enhance developer productivity through Developer Portals and self-service CI/CD pipelines.
• Engineer robust platforms for data-intensive workloads and implement AI observability and governance.
• Mentor technical leaders and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership across multiple teams.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes architecture, networking, security, and cluster operations.
• Hands-on experience with Pulumi (or equivalent IaC) and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.
• Professional English proficiency for regular communication with worldwide partners.

Nice to have

• Experience building infrastructure for AI/ML workloads, including GPU scheduling and model serving.
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Kafka, Spark, Airflow, or Ray.
• Contributions to open-source DevOps or infrastructure projects.
