What you will do

• Design and evolve the developer platform to ensure availability, scalability, security, and developer productivity.
• Implement AI-powered developer productivity solutions, including AI agents for CI/CD, debugging, and operational tasks.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and Bitbucket on GCP Linux infrastructure.
• Build and maintain internal developer platforms exposing infrastructure and services via APIs and self-service capabilities.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure safe adoption of AI, focusing on data protection and access control.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, costs, and usage patterns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Jenkins, Linux, and GCP.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, and Helm.
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic Cloud.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM integration in developer workflows and agent-based systems.
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool/LLM integration approaches.
• Experience building APIs or internal developer platforms.
