TL;DR

Senior Platform Engineer (AI/Kubernetes): Building and optimizing internal developer platforms and backend services with an accent on Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and AI agent integration. Focus on developing platform abstractions for LLM-based tooling and enhancing deployment reliability for a healthcare AI engine.

Location: Hybrid in Tel-Aviv, Israel

What you will do

  • Design and maintain production-grade backend services, APIs, and microservices.
  • Own and evolve Kubernetes infrastructure, including Helm chart management, RBAC, and cluster operations.
  • Develop shared CI/CD pipeline templates and internal developer platform tooling to increase velocity.
  • Integrate AI agents into engineering workflows and build the infrastructure and APIs for internal LLM-based tools.
  • Drive observability best practices using Datadog, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience with proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go, or Java.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Kubernetes (scheduling, resource management, networking, RBAC).
  • Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Strong background in distributed systems, including message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and relational/NoSQL databases.
  • Practical experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI).
  • Location: Must be based in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

  • Experience with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux).
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms, particularly GCP or AWS.
  • Contributions to open-source infrastructure tooling.
  • Experience productionizing agentic systems involving memory and multi-step reasoning pipelines.
